Our village school building work started 5 years ago, still incomplete, pls help...

Amar Maravi traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Khargaon village in Vishrampur panchayat of Kondagaon district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that school building in their village is still incomplete though it was sanctioned 5 years back.
