Rajesh Kumar is calling from Salaiya village and Panchayat, Chatra district in Jharkhand and says villagers are struggling without electricity here. About 100 families live here and farmers have to face many problems in agricultural activities. Farmers efforts are going in vain without proper irrigation for 1000 acres land.
