JM Rangeela is calling from Dawar mohalla under Siyari panchayat in Gomiya block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that an incentive is given by Govt for paddy cultivators on dry land by SRI method but local Agriculture official has taken bribe of more than half the incentive before giving the amount.
