2 handpumps for 30 adivasi families, both broken from a year, please help...

Janmavati is visiting Loni-521 village under Chhataini panchayat of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where Adiwasi women tell her that there are 2 Handpump for 100 Adiwasi people and both are broken from a year and they fetch water from far.
