Lakhanlal Basant is calling from Mohgava village of Kardoli panchayat, in Mawai block of Bichhiya tehsil in Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers there who say there is no electricity in their village of 60 houses. They live in dark and Children suffer mainly as they study under lamps. They’ve appealed to MLA and Collector many times but are yet to get any response.
