Ritu Painkra is visiting Jampahad village under Rachkheta panchayat which is situated on the Mainpat hill of Sarguja district in Chhattisgarh where Adivasi villagers tell her that they don’t have electric connectivity and often can’t go down to get Kerosene so school going children suffer.
