Chandmani Shandil is calling from Tooribenda village in Lathiketa panchayat and block of Sundergarh district in Odisha where villagers tell her in their Mundari language they are not getting Kerosene from last 2 months. According to rule Kerosene will distributed 4 days every month with notification but they get finished first day before many villagers get information.
