Amar Maravi is calling from Jailvara village of Jogisoda Panchayat, post Khatola, Bhuwa Bichhia block Mandla district in MP and talking to Sukhman Baiga who says he got Rs 24,000 for his Indira Awas house but local officials took back Rs 23,000 six months back.
