Dillip kumar Behera is visiting Rathaguda village on the hills under Nuaguda panchayat in Korukonda block of Malkangiri district in Odisha and talking to an adivasi villager who tells him that they haven’t got any work under NREGA since last 2 years and young people from their village are forced to migrate to Andhra Pradesh for labor work.No other Govt schemes are also reaching them.
