Jagdish is calling from Hardoli road of Dabhaura village, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to a villager who says around 2000 people are dependent on a handpump here which is broken from more than 2 years. Mostly dalits and adivasis live here and fetch water from far after spending hours. Complaints have been made but officers haven;t helped.
