Forest Rights land deeds ready from 2010 but haven't been distributed yet...

JM Rangeela is calling from Goserajas village of Siyari Panchayat, in Gomia block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand and talking to Santhal Adivasis who say 81 of them had applied for forest rights in 2010 and after following the procedure 24 land deeds are ready but they are yet to be distributed.
