Company working from 8 years but no development work around our village...

Dilip Behera is visiting Singaram village under Udiapenth panchyat, Laxmipur block, Koraput district Odisha and talking to a villager who tells in his Kui language that they are 80 Adivasi families living here but have only 2 hand pumps and they need more. They need to walk 3 kms to catch a bus in medical urgency. Whereas since 8 years, Birla company is working here but no development work has been done by them.
