Dilip Behera is visiting Barigaon village under Pipalpadar Panchyat, Laxmipur block, district Koraput, Odisha and talking to a villager(Pitambara Maniaka)who tells in his Kui language that 4 years back about 70 people from his village worked at Kutingguda dam project under NREGA and waiting for full wages.
