Dillip Kumar Behera is visiting Singaram Village in Udiapent Panchyat, Laxmipur Block, district Koraput, Odisha and talking to a villager who is telling in his Kui language that many of them from his village worked under NREGA on land development work around 7 months back but none of them have been paid their wages yet.
