Mohan Yadav is calling from Chintanpalli village of Mormed Panchayat, Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to adivasi woman sarpanch Mudma Bandi who alleges that village secretary has misused huge amount of funds by fraudulent activities.Complaints have been made to CEO and Collector but no action has been taken till now.
