Pradeep is calling from Kelodra village of Kavant Tehsil, Chhota Udepur district in Gujarat and talking to adivasi villager who say they need to collect ration coupons every month which costs Rs 10. When there is no internet or electricity we can’t get coupons and ration.And now 8 liters of Kerosene is given instead of 10.
