Dillip Behera is visiting Singaram Village under Udiapenth Panchyat, Laxmipur Block, district Koraput, Odisha and talking to a villager Maheswara Hikaka who tells in his Kui language that 7 months before they worked on their own land under NREGA but still waiting for their wages.People are facing trouble as no other govt work is running in their area.
