Handpump was installed 4 years ago but throws dirty water,need to walk 2 kms...

Chandmani Shandil is calling from Hattivada village of Kuchita Panchayat, Gurundiya block, Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to women who say a hand pump was installed 4 years ago. Within a month it began to throw dirty water and we’ve been complaining on it but no one has responded. We need to go 2 km to fetch water which is a difficult task for women.
