Heavy bills levied by electricity dept, connection been cut on failing to pay...

Bhajan Bhalavi is calling from Monda village of Malkheda Panchayat, Lakhnadon Tehsil, Seoni district in MP. Villagers tell him that heavy bills are imposed on their houses though they have only 2 bulbs. Electricity connection is cut without prior notice on failing to pay the bills.
