Bhanu Patel is calling from Dharmjaigarh, Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh and talking to Birhor primitive adivasis who have filed claims twice under Forest Rights Act. In Jamargidih and Omna villages about 14 Adivasis are waiting for their land deeds. While others have got their claims, these Birhor Adivasis have got only assurances from officials.
