55 villagers waiting for ration cards, officers make them run around, pls help...

Lakhan Basant is calling from Mohgaon village Shardoli Panchayat, Bichhiya tehsil, Mandla district in MP and talking to women waiting for their BPL ration cards. Despite appeals 55 of them have not been issued ration cards which prevents them from getting subsidized grains. They have also complained but the Sarpanch, Secretary are not responding.
