Don't have free treatment cards for BPL families, Can't afford private hospitals...

Pradeep is calling from Karah village in Wav Panchayat of Katthivada block, Alirajpur district MP and talking to adivasi Rangla Bhai who says his 18 year old daughter has hearing disability. Her treatment would cost around Rs 30,000. No one in their Panchayat have Deendayal Upchar Yojna card for BPL families to get free treatment. He appeals to issue cards to his family.
