Elephant damaged property and food grains last year, No compensation yet...

JM Rangeela is calling from Manpur village of Santhal adivasis in Penk Panchayat, Nawdih Block, Bokaro district in Jharkhand and talking to villagers who say an elephant had attacked the village in May 2013. Loss occurred due to damage of property and food grains of 9 families. They’ve been appealing for compensation but has got nothing from forest dept yet.
