Our village handpump is throwing dirty water, complaints to officers don't work...

Ritu Painkra is visiting Kothapara village of Khadgaon Panchayat, Mainpat block, Sarguja district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who say that their village hand pump throws dirty red water here causing diseases and difficulties.
