Elephant killed many in our village, request to give electricity hasn't helped yet...

Chandmani Shandil is calling from Kindro basti in Lachra village of Kundalia panchayat, Gurundiya block, Sundergarh district in Odisha where villagers tell her they don’t have electricity in their village which is surrounded by forest. Elephants come to the village often and some have died in past. Nights without electricity are difficult. Villagers have complained to B.D.O and Sarpanch but they don’t respond.
