Tubewell throws dirty water, adivasis wander around in search of clean water...

Dilip Behera is calling from Musripoda village of Chandragiri Panchayat, Kashipur block, Rayagada district in Odisha and is talking to Dalapati Madi an Adivasi who says in his Kui language that tube well in their village throws dirty water. They wander around to fetch clean water and are facing huge problem. They have complained to B.D.O many times but he does not help them.
