Dilip Behera is visiting Masuripada a Kui Adivasi village of Chandragiri Panchayat, Kashipur block, Rayagada district in Odisha where Ashok Kumar Majhi tells him that they’ve made a small check dam across a water fall for irrigation without any support from Govt.
