Only some villagers got Food Security cards, remaining are waiting, pls help...

Dharamdas is calling from Sondwa of Alirajpur district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to a villager who says eligibility cards under Food Security Act are not issued to all of us. Only 40 have got and remaining are waiting. We don’t have cards and our subsidized grain is black marketed and we get nothing, he alleges.
