Pradeep is calling from Dahi nagar panchayat in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh where people are telling him that in dalit colony there old and widows are not getting their social security pension from last 8 months. When they go to officials they say money has not come from above so they can not help. He talks to a man whose old blind mother has not got pension from 8 months.
