Purushottam is calling from Achasla village Balanda post of Akbarkot Tehsil, Devgarh district in Odisha to say that ration distributor in his village doesn’t follow measurements and cheats customers. Gives less Rice, Kerosene, Sugar and records more in the register. Sarpanch, BDO and even Collector didn’t take action on him after complaints.
