Mohan is calling from Bavanthadi village under Pindrai Panchayat in Korai Block and Tehsil of Seoni district in MP and talking to adivasi villagers who say that 11 of them were sanctioned 22,500 under Indira Awas Yojna in 2013 but Secretary took 15000.
