Dalits applied for BPL cards 4 months ago but received no response till now...

Jagdish is calling from Hudiyanaryana, a Dalit village under Latiyahar Panchayat, Jaba Tehsil, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to villagers who tell him that they have applied for Below Poverty Line cards 4 months back but no progress has been made. They appealed twice under Lok Seva Guarantee ( Public Service Guarrantee Act) but didn’t get any response. You are requested to call Tehsildar@9669212999 to help.Jagdish@9630095968
