NREGA : Middlemen took away job cards,withdraws money with fraudulent entries...

A villager from Ranchi district of jharkhand says in his area all the NREGA job cards of villagers have been taken away by middlemen and they only take out the money from post offices on villagers behalf. no one has got job for 100 days here but some job card shows that people have worked for 100 days.
