Rabi Pradhan is visiting Kermeli panchayat in Nuapada sadar Block, Nuapada Dist, Odisha where adivasi villagers tell him that after sanctuary was announced they are denied right to pluck Tendu leaves and other minor forest produce which was giving them livelihood. They collect some avoiding forest dept and walk long distance to sell.They have a hospital building but no doctor, no electricity, no ration.
