Ankit Padwar traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism awareness Yatra(tour) has reached Bhuidand village in Kot panchayat of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh where he is talking to villagers who tell him that in half of gram panchayat about 250-300 houses there is no electricity.
