Gokaran Verma traveling with CGnet Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Sarnapara in Lodhi village in Shankargarh Tehsil of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell him that 20 Oraon community families live here but there is no handpump.
