Govt has built a water pump for our village but there is no water from 3 years...

Rabishankar Pradhan is calling from Lathikata in Dist Sundergarh, Odisha where he is talking to Rekha Sahu from Lower Lathikata village who is telling that Govt has built a water pump in their village but despite payment of electricity bill to the dept by contribution from all villagers they are not getting supply of water since last 3 years and facing lot of problems.
