Dilip Behera is visiting Lakrish village, Post Chungi in Kashipur thana and block of Raigada district in Odisha and talking to Bakal Nayak who says their village has more than 500 families living but they have only10 handpumps which is insufficinet. There is immense need of 5 more hand pumps in the village. Thus he appeals Swara community to call Block Development Officer@9583192808 and help them.
