JM Rangeela is calling from Asnatand village of Bhalmara panchayat in Nawadih block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where 30 Santhal adivasi families live. They welcome Govt help of Rs 7.7 lakh for construction of a religious place according to Adivasi Sarna religion but are unhappy with officials bypassing Gram Sabha in taking decisions.
