River overflows in rains, Children can't go to school, Sick can't visit hospital...

Rabishankar Pradhan is visiting Silipunji village of Chandipos Panchayat, Burundiya block Sundargarh district Odisha and talking to villagers who are saying every year river overflows in rainy season and 2 villages on both side can’t move out. Kids can’t go to school and patients to the hospital. Written application for a bridge has been submitted to BDO and Collector but they don’t respond. You are requested to call BDO@9439407542.
