Atrocities on adivasis not possible without clearanace from top

BhagirathJi says the atrocities which are taking place on adivasis in Chhattisgarh are not possible unless they are okayed from highest authorities. He says it looks the elected representatives do not that adivasis should live on that land which has all the minerals beneath and accusses them to selling off the area to multinational companies. He requests President to intervene and demands President rule.
