Handpump is broken from 2 years, Officers give only assurance,Please help...

Ramkailash Kol is calling from Kailashpuri village in Ghuman panchayat in Jaba tahsil of Rewa district in MP to complain that since 2 years the hand-pump is not repaired in front of house of Munnilal and they are drinking polluted river water. They met officials many times but they do not respond. He also talks to some whose hand pump is broken from 4 months. Please call officer@9425113844 and mechanic@9584855949 to help.
