Schools don't open, teachers come only to get signature of village committee...

Rabishankar Pradhan is visiting Usraiya village in Digha panchayat in Manoharpur block of West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand where Gaju Deogma tells him in his Ho language that in this forest area all the schools are mostly closed since the new education year has started last month. Teachers only come when they need signature of Village education committee for getting money. Schools are mostly run by para teachers. Pls call BDO@8969701066. Rabi@9631206229
