Rabi is talking to adivasi villagers in Ankuva village of Chidiya Panchayat, Manoharpur block, Chaibasa district in Jharkhand who say Indira Avas Yojana homes were sanctioned and all built houses, expecting Govt to refund their money. Padma says in Ho language, I have received Rs12,500 in 25,000.
