Officials harassing adivasis for certificates required for college admissions......

Omprakash Baghel from Jajga village in Surguja district in Chhattisgarh is complaining that local officers are harassing people in giving domicile and income certificate required for school and college admissions. He is talking to one adivasi who says his son was born in the village has lived all his life in the village but the officials are not giving domicile and other certificates required for college admission of his daughter.
