Our village don't have electricity,Children study in kerosene lamp, Pls help...

Charan Parte is visiting Gugratola village of Thaulpani Panchayat, Ghugri block, Mandla district MP and talking to villagers who say their village is not connected with electricity and they charge phones outside by paying money. There are 50 families living here and their kids study in kerosene lamp. They have appealed to the officials but none have responded.
