Dilip Behera is visiting Bariabahal village post Ambuguda block Mathili in Malkangiri district in Odisha. He is talking to a local adivasi farmer Bandhu Muduli who says they had applied for land deeds under Forest Rights Act in 2007 after forming a committee and a survey as per law.
