Ankit Padwar traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Tour has reached Rajaram village in Aheri block in Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra where he talks to villagers who tell him that they have a school and hospital in the village but the school has never opened since it was built and the doctor is never there.
