Govt officers not helping construction laborers register with Govt, Pls help...

Brijesh Singh in Rewa MP is talking to an officer of Bhartiya Mazdoor union who is visiting villages to help register construction laborers with Govt in a special drive. But he says officials are unnecessarily harassing.
