NREGA public hearing in Surguja : No officer turns up to listen

Sanjay Sharma is telling us about a public hearing on non payment in MGNREGA on 5th March in Ambikapur in Surguja. 350 villagers from 30 villages took part in the hearing and presented letters from more than 700 laborers which talks of lakhs of rupees of due payment in MGNREGA.
